Paid Commission for XR & Interactive Dance Performance
We are currently seeking two contemporary dance artists to collaborate on two upcoming solo pieces: an extended-reality (XR) dance work and a brain-driven interactive performance. Both works will premiere on June 8th at the official launch of Nerve Lab at UAL Creative Computing Institute, with anticipated alignment with London Tech Week.
The Projects

Me See I: Brain-Driven Interactive Performance
- An interactive performance examining the relationship between choreographic intention and somatic practice through biometric feedback systems.
What We Offer
£500 artist fee for each dancer.Who Should Apply
We are looking for collaborators who are confident in contemporary dance, with a solid foundation in choreography and improvisation. You do not need prior experience working with interactive technology or sensors—just a willingness to explore how movement negotiates with digital systems.Logistics
- Performance Date: June 8th, 2026.
- Location: UAL High Holborn (WC1V 7EY), London.
- Time Commitment: 20 hours total (inclusive of all rehearsal sessions and the performance day).
- Rehearsals: Commencing in early May. The schedule is highly flexible, requiring approximately one session (2–3 hours) per week. We will arrange the exact rehearsal timings collaboratively to fit around the selected dancers' schedules.
